Brighten Made Course Terms & Conditions

Welcome! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and participation in any online course, workshop, or digital educational product (“Course”) offered by Brighten Made LLC (“Brighten Made,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including The Brighten Blueprint.

By purchasing or accessing a Course, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Course Access + Ownership

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Course and its materials for your own personal or professional use.

You may:

* Access and view Course content for your own learning.
* Download provided resources and templates.
* Customize provided templates and resources for use within your own business and client projects, where applicable.

You may not:

* Share your Course login or access with another person.
* Share, distribute, resell, sublicense, or give away Course materials or templates.
* Upload Course materials to public or shared drives for access by others.
* Use our Course content, frameworks, templates, or resources to create, teach, or sell your own course, educational program, template shop, or similar product.
* Copy or claim our Course materials, designs, frameworks, or resources as your own.

All Course content, including videos, lessons, downloads, templates, graphics, frameworks, and other materials, remains the intellectual property of Brighten Made LLC.

## 2. Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered and selected at checkout.

If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full purchase price of the Course. All scheduled payments remain due even if you stop participating in or accessing the Course.

Failed or incomplete payments may result in suspension or termination of Course access.

## 3. Lifetime Access

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, your enrollment includes lifetime access to the Course materials.

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as Brighten Made continues to offer and host the Course. It does not guarantee that the Course, its hosting platform, or every individual lesson or resource will remain available indefinitely.

If we permanently retire the Course, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice so you can access or download eligible materials before the Course closes.

## 4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Courses and the immediate access provided to Course content and downloadable materials, **all sales are final.**

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations of remaining payment-plan installments because you change your mind, do not complete the Course, or no longer wish to participate.

If you believe you were charged in error or were charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact **[hello@brightenmade.com](mailto:hello@brightenmade.com)** within 7 days of purchase so we can review the issue.

## 5. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, client, marketing, or other results from participating in a Course.

Our Courses are provided for educational purposes. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your experience, effort, implementation, business, audience, and individual circumstances.

Nothing within the Course should be considered legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

## 6. Community + Conduct

If a Course includes live calls, communities, forums, or other interactive features, we expect participants to communicate respectfully.

Harassment, hate speech, spam, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of the Course community may result in removal from the Course or community without refund.

## 7. Technology

You are responsible for having the technology, internet connection, device, software, and browser necessary to access the Course.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for technical issues caused by your device, internet connection, browser, third-party platforms, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brighten Made LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase, participation in, or use of a Course or its materials.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be made available on our website or Course platform.

No Refunds or Cancellations

Once you enroll in a course, download a digital product, or gain access to materials, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations — regardless of payment type (pay in full or payment plan).

This policy helps protect the integrity of our intellectual property and ensures fairness to all students who gain immediate access to the same content.

If you purchase using a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of course access.

Payment Errors or Duplicates

If you believe there’s been a mistake — such as a duplicate charge or accidental double purchase — please reach out to hello@brightenmade.com within 7 days of the transaction. We’ll review it and make it right if applicable.
